Cuppa Cuppas

I got this recipe from a friend here and she cleverly named them cuppa cuppas, since there is a cup of all the ingredients. They are so quick and I almost always have the stuff on hand, they are a great FHE treat. I have made them before without the butterscotch chips, just add more chocolate chips.

1 cup of corn syrup

1 cup sugar

1 cup peanut butter

6 cups rice krispies

1 cup semi sweet choc chips

1 cup butterscotch chips

Cook corn syrup and sugar over med heat until boiling and sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Stir in 6 cups of Rice Krsipies, and pour into 9x13 pressing down. Melt chips on microwave and pour over the top. Let chocolate layer set and enjoy!

I am enjoying one of these as I post!!

This is also super yummy with a cup of unsalted peanuts...do everything the same just add the nuts unchopped to the Karo Syrup and rice krispie mix

We had these last night for FHE and they went over really well. I used a light Karo Syrup and they still tasted awesome.
