I got this recipe from my back door neighbor, Amy. I watched her kids and she brought it over to share. We all loved it! During the Fall I double, maybe triple, my apple consumption, so this dip is perfect with a big juicy tart apple.
1 8-oz. package cream cheese
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 bag of Heath Toffee bits
Mix the cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla with a beater. Lick the beater, (come on you know you do it too!) then stir the toffee chips in by hand. Dip apples, strawberries, fingers, whatever you like in it!
